If everyones lives my kind of life, we just need only 2 planets, I think it's not too much. At home we always worry about water, we don't use liquid gas to warm it, we use electricty. We use a lot of electricity, to warm water, warm our house, lights, etc. We always worry to buy fruits or vegetarian food because is it important for us to clean use our nature.

                 Well... I like this photo because It was when I went to the Sahara Desert with all the camels and scorpions.... No ... I'm joking..... It was in Chile.... in the Con Con's Dunes.... mmmm I think this is a very little Sahara desert.... In this photo I was jumping a really really big dune and It seems that I was never going to touch the ground... well.... the sand, but It's cool because when you fall It doesn't hurt... too much.....Well I like this photo because I had so much fun that day, the dunes are GIANT, and when I rose the top I got so much tired, but made a big jump felt like heaven! This photo was taken in summer 2012 I think on January, who took this photo was my uncle Luis Alberto, he likes to take a lot of pictures and he didn't stop taken pictures till he got the right one... and I think this is it, he made me jump I think twenty time or even more, imagine how it was, a sunny day, little desert, big dunes, jumps... well K.O.. This year I went to Reñaca but I couldn't enjoy the dunes again because I was a little busy, but I promise that I'm going to do Sandsurf last year or maybe this.

"Webquest 2"

 I liked this photo first of all because I really love dogs. This is a Greater Swiss Mountain Dog, this is a shepherd dog. I love this kind of dogs because of their character and their colored hair, also they are tall and they have a lot of energy.

This is an Italian Greyhound, this is a gun dog, I really love its relative, the Azawahk. This kind of dogs are usually used like show dogs, gun dogs and maraton dogs. Azawahks lives in Africa, in Chile I couldn't find anyone.

Cheetah Running

It's is incredible how fast Cheetahs can run, they are the faster animals on land. It's hard to believe that animals have those amazing skills to survive in this planet. They're beautiful and at the same time they're powerfull and they look amazing.

Python's Dinner

Wow! It is hard to realize that pythons have the most incredible and advance stomach with one of the most powerfull stomachal fluid in the animal kingdom. They don't chew, don't dismember their food... they swallow it in one part, like in the video,a Antilope is getting eaten, after that they don't need to eat in one year. That's amazing

Animal Facts

 

In this "MUST KNOW!" section, you can learn about animals that you like. For example I like dogs and when I clicked "Domestic Dogs" the page showed me a lot of information about the topic, like their history, their diet and their size. You can learn about your favorite animals or animals that are interesting for you. It is always good to know a little about the animals, specially with our domestic animals to give them a good and healthy life.. How they always deserve it.

Why... Why I chose to be a vet?

Like a normal child I always wanted to be a fireman a policeman a superhero and a lot of things. But when I grow up a little more I decided to be an actor, biology teacher and a known sportsman. But life changes, in high school I though that my passion whas bio engineering so I decided to study Ingineering in biotechnology, at least university and career didn't satisfy my needs. So I moved on.
When I was younger I always have an special connection with animals specially with dogs and I cats(but not to much). When I was with my relatives' animals it was cool, I played with the animals more than humans, well... this repeats till today. When I go to my sister's home I played with her dog Luna and her cat Clepatra. In my hause Hannah (my dogfriend) is my best friend. Because of those things (connection with animals) I decided to be a vet, I though that it was the best career for me.
I don't have a lot of friends here in this faculty but people is nice and kind, I think they love the career as me or much more. Teachers are smart and cool, they have a lot of experience.
I don't know what I want to do at the end of this 5 years, I though a couple of things like to be surgeon because I like little animals but what I'd love to do the most is working in a zoo with captivity animals, to care them a heal them.

Tech & I.....

Well... I'm not a such a great fan of technology stuff, but I could say that it was love at first sight when I got the Ipod touch 4g, like 7 months ago.... it was my little baby.
I carried my Ipod everywhere.... Preu, family celebrations, parties, birthdays and when I was a runner it was the best tool to listen to music. I also took pictures of everything... every moment was printed in a photo in my camera roll and using Instagram the moment can look better. I installed an app in my Ipod called Toca Band, it's to create music with little funny characters who can play instruments.Youtube and Facebook was another app that I used to use a lot.
I like Ipods for one and only reason.... (that's why I bought it) .... I like the Frontal Camera... when I discovered the Frontal Camera world, I discovered it in Ipods and Iphones, since that day I decided to buy and iPod, like I said, it was love at first sight.
Well... I have some bad news, the screen of my Ipod got broken, I could use it like 2 months since it fell to the ground the first time, but later It fell again. Since the second fall my iPod dead, well, it's like a comma because I can turn it on but I can use the touch screen. Now I can say that I live without my Ipod, and is terribly difficult.

Rico it's such an intelligent dog, I don't say it because his title, I say it because he learned 200 words, and that's not all, he learned how to response it!!!. Normally dogs can learn about 165 different words but more if you train them correctly. A important thing about train dogs it's your posture, how times a week you teach your dog and the context about it. Also a very important thing is how you say words to your dog, if you say for example "You're the worst dog I've ever seen" but in a melodic and nice way, the dog is going to process it like a good thing. But words are not only their language, they also have body language and pheromone clues and their butt. :P

Dogs 101: I get interested about this tv show because I like dogs and obviously I'd like to know everything about them. If you're a vet this kind of tv shows always are going to be interesting and I personally love love dogs, I Think they're the best animals on this universe!!!!

Mermaids: The Body Found: Wow! Know about mermaids or thing related to it is interesting too. A Tv Show about if mermaids are just a myth or they really exist it's such a funny and cultural topic. Personally I'd come a fan of this tv shows, but I like dogs too!!

About Monsters Inside Me: A show that's about parasite and animals that we don't see easily it's such an a scary(but funny) program. A few of us knows about this little invaders inside us. I think this kind of programs are cultural and teach us to keep a safe way of live our lives.

My Opinion about........................

What's my opinion about owning an exotic pet? 
Well, I think is O.K. when you have a big house or one with all the facilities for the animal's health like our town zoo. At the Zoo the animals are not in their normal habitat but their are healthy and they're growing normally because they have vets to care them. If you're going to have a exotic pet you have to worry that they feel in the same habitat that they normally lives.

My opinion opinion about tatoos....
I think I don't have an opinion about tatoos, sometimes I like tatoos in some people but sometimes I think they're mmmm not really good. Personally I would never put a tatoo on my skin, well... I think I only would write "Hannah"(my dog's name), but only in a part that people can't see easily.

I don't want stray dogs be killed...
They deserve a life like any other animal or plant. They don't have to be killed for any reason, except they have an issue, if they're sick or/and near to death. Kill an animal is one the worst things that a human can do.

I think it's a good chilean typical tradition, anyone who start university should pass for this experiencie, It's fun and you can meet new people like ones who start college like you or people that are in second or higher years. It's a social instance that every new college student should pass. The bad thing about this is that your clothe or hair and obviously you would stink a little bit.

My opinion about recycling is...

That is a good style of life for the world, It can keep our world safe and clean. Industries left or planet dirty and stinky, and is a little bit of hard put away all of our rubish in a far place, so we have to learn to re-use or give to our trash another use. That way of think gives to our planet a lot of years more for live and save animals that lives in contaminated habitats and maybe they are near to dissappear. So you can give life and to earth and life to animals at the same time.
